On March 16 ( day before event) we received an email reporting that the seminar scheduled for tomorrow have been cancelled due to Mikes serious illness, but we would be receiving a full refund within 7-10 days and when the event is rescheduled, we would be allowed to participate at no charge. On March 9, we received and email from his "assistant " Nadia Ellis that said Mike had been in and out of the hospital which is why they have been out of communication, but the event has grown larger than anticipated. The package never arrived, even after sending a few emails inquiring. It was promised that we would receive a "Welcome Package " that would include 10 tickets to the seminar, as well as a breakdown of the companies that will be attending ( size, industries, demographics, etc) to allow us to tailor our presentation to these individuals. We reviewed his web site and called the hotel to make sure there was even an event scheduled for that day. The cost was $147 and we had to mail the check to him in advance.
